How do regulations get proposed and passed? How can I see what regulations have already been passed?
A proposal has to get supported by about 150 UN delegates before it becomes a resolution. Then any UN nation votes on it and it gets passed by simple majority.
Under the current resolution there should be a link to the past resolutions.
