Whenever I enter the regional control for a region of mine it always shows that the UN Delegate can access regional control. I have unchecked this box many times and still it remains checked. How would I go about fixing this?

No I am not but I am the founder of it and still can access the regional control.

You have to be in the region to keep the box unchecked.
edit: that means be and stay in the region, otherwise the box will be unchecked.

Only Founders who are resident in the region can deny Delegate access.
No other founder abilities or priviledges are affected, though - you can still kick nations, alter the WFE, manage the banlist, etc. You do have to drop by the region to post to the messageboard, but apart from those two things, remote Founders are essentially identical to local Founders.
