I'm asking because there's some proposals in the queue that can be voted on 'until 25th April', and according to my clocks it's now ten past midnight on the 26th. What time GMT does the UN turn over to the next day?

I believe it is after every updateWhich happen twice a day; at approx. 4 PM EST and 2 AM EST, I think. Don't forget that we are on DST now though, which is GMT-4 as opposed to GMT-5.

England is also on DST, so that's 9pm and 6am UK time then. Thanks for that.
