Regional Control?

Does anyone know if anything happens to a region when the founder's nation ceases to exist? Does it disappear, or can someone else assume control?

If a region has no extant Founder, the Delegate has full powers of regional control. However, the rules for Delegates when exerting said powers still apply - the Delegate does not assume Founder rights.

What are the rules for delegates? What are founder rights? The FAQ page is kind of vague - it only says something about password protecting a region. Thanks.

Basically, the founder can eject whomever, whenever they want to, seeing as it is their region. It gets complicated when the delegate assumes control of the region. The delegate of the region is limited to the amount of natives it can eject, and must telegram the password to those ejected immediately. It's all a case by case issue though, depending on how many nations are in that region. Also, the founder, and only the founder is allowed to "Clear Spam" on the regional boards by simply posting, "Clearing Spam", while the Delegate of the region (even in there is no founder) is not allowed to do so.

Delegates can only eject 40% of teh region's population. Founders may eject whoever they want and do whatever they want in the region(of course they are still bound by the FAQ rules)
Once delegate password protects a region, he must send the passowrd to all natives within the next update.

Heiligkeit's quoted rules were taken from the DRAFT invasion rules and are not correct. There is no fixed percentage, and the password telegram must be sent immediately, not just by next update.
