The newly founded region of Avanakos is having problems with endorsements.
The Federation of Milistone has found this problem as a 'thing that will be over with soon.' But, now I realize as their leader that it is not a temporary glitch. My friend and neighboring nation, the United States of themagicofpenguins, are trying to endorse one another as symbolism of friendship. However, when we go to eachother's nation, there is no title refering to 'endorse this nation.' And yes, we both are apart of the UN. Help will be accepted.

themagicofpenguins isn't a UN member. That would be your problem.

He/She may have gotten the e-mail but never clicked the link.

Or, he/she just applied and thinks that he/she is in the UN. He/She must wait for the e-mail.

The problem is that you are both apart of the UN. You have to be UN members. When you are apart (seperated) of the UN, you are not in the UN, but apart. You both need to join the UN. Then you can endorse one another if you are in the same region.
