It is a bit hard to go through the region listings, as you have to start from one end or the other and go through a bunch of pages of stuff you aren't looking for before you get to the section you need.
Would it be possible to allow skipping through to a certain letter?
Like having something at the top going:
#-A-B-C-D-E-F
and so on, with each letter being a link to the beginning of the section of the list of regions that conatains the regions starting with that letter?
I don'[t know how hard it would be to implement, and I know you aren't likely to make changes to NS1, but it might be a useful feature to add in NS2.
