Nation description behaving strangely…

I don’t know if this is a technical problem or not. But this seems the best place to ask…

The description of my state is behaving rather erratic. Usually it’s:

The Free Land of Brickistan is a large, safe nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its compassionate population of 23 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

But sometimes it reads:

The Free Land of Brickistan is a large, safe nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. Its compassionate population of 23 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

Notice how the first line changes? Sometimes I can refresh the page 5 – 6 times and nothing happens. At other times the change happens every time I refresh.

Is this supposed to happen?

Mine alternates between three different descriptions.

Its no problem.

Just means you've got both compulsory military service and a barren, inhospitable landscape. I don't see any reason why they couldn't go together.

The system only allows one description of the nation in the first sentence.
