I have an issue I'd like to submit, and can't find a place to from the game website. How do I submit new issue ideas?
When your population reaches 500 million, a link will appear in your 'issues' page.

That explains it.
Note to moderator: Another board I use leaves the thread title in the list where it was, with a link for where it was moved to. If this wasn't last posted in for the technical category, I never would've found the reply. I thought it was deleted at first.

That would take up one of the forum slots for threads. I belive mods try to make as much room as possible

No, that's not it at all.
If it's in a forum where it doesn't make ANY sense, we'll sometimes Move without Redirect, just so we don't disrupt the flow (for instance, roleplay threads). Other times we'll Move With Redirect if it's just in the wrong Technical forum.
I'm not the mod who moved this, nor do I know where it came from, so I can't tell you why no redirect was left. I can tell you that the answer to this question can be found in the Got Issues forum, which has as it's description line, "A place to spoil daily issues for those who haven't had them yet, snigger at typos, and discuss ideas for new ones.". Seems like a good first place to look for questions about issues.
The actual answer is located as the very first question in the appropriately named Issues FAQ (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=348680[/url). We also get this same question about 4 times a week, and have done so ever since players were given the ability to add issues to the game, so it's not really something we think needs to remain visible via a redirect.
Not trying to be snotty or anything - that's just how it works.
