NationStates Jolt Archive

In the last month, I've had the same issue pop up three times, with no variation. The first one was a couple weeks ago, the second time was about three days ago, the third time was today.

Are the issues randomly generated, or is this truly a bug? 'Cause frankly, I'm tired of having to read the same issue (Henry Taiden, Rapist Extraordinaire) every single time.

I just now saw the thread about "Political Issues" and the reply as to how the issues are random.
