At the risk of seeming delusional or at the very least not real bright, I responded by clicking the link provided in my email notification and I keep getting the message that my email has failed. I've tried pasting the link to the browser but I still get the same message. It isn't my spam filter because I received the message. What am I doing wrong?

Everytime my roommate tries to get on the forum he ends up being logged on as me. I looked at his profile and it gives my e-mail address. He swears he put his own e-mail address. How can we fix this?
