Unfortunitly this only works for photoshop but hey at least you know now. Ok go ahead and open photoshop (if you havent already) then go onto the flag you want and click on ' File ' then scroll down to ' Save for Web ' next look down to the first drop down menu (just below the three buttons) and across the indented line there is a small little arrow http://img172.echo.cx/img172/2889/tutorialsizearrow2mx.jpg and then on the menu it provides click on ' Optimize File Size... ' once you have done that just input your file size and pick ' Auto Select GIF/JPEG '
