What are the chances of getting a TRUE/FALSE on the XML Feed for whether or not your nation has compulsory military service?

I want to create a 'Battle' script that can be fed two nations and generate a military comparison using population, military spending, UN category - etc.

You could then declare one defender and the other invader and roll on the stats with the script.

The compulsory service is the only part I'm missing.

I'm not sure how things work technically, but wouldn't this be hard to do given that military service is based completely off of a few issues? So if I got the same issue within 2 days and answered completely opposite answers, what would show up as the value?

I think that...

The latest choice, if it is an actual outlaw/ legalise, rather than some merely statsmoving thing.

'Course, the compulsory military service thing is based on how you answer the initial questions ('A lot of problems with todays youth could be fixed by compulsory military service'), and it doesn't change, no matter what you do (It may share its spot in the nation description with a few other things, I.e. different lines show up randomly, with every visit, but it stays).

I think.

I think. Not true. It dropped out of my description after about a year and a half. Every time an issue appeared with a decision about military spending I voted to cut funding and I believe that's what may have done it.

I believe there's an issue that all but disbands the military. I still have "compulsory military service" despite my 'Defense' spending being at 1% (and occationally 0%).
