It seems that there is a problem with the uploading of own flag. It seems that the system upload it, but it doesn't show the correct new flag. Solutions?

The old flag is still in your browser's cache.
If you're using Internet Explorer,
Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files
Then refresh the page and your new flag should show.

CTRL-F5 works just as well.
