I clicked on teh "merging of nations" thread. I read through it, and then pressed the Techniacal button at the top of the page to return to technical. "Merging of nations" is still showing up unread. I click it again. Do the same thing. Still marked as unread.

[This happens to me, sometimes, too. Go back to technical and hit Ctrl-F5. That should reload everything, rather than loading from the cache. --Felix]
