1) The Gameplay forum is still being confused for an RP forum:

How difficult would it be to add [not RP] to the forum description to make this clearer?

2) The possibilty of a third RP forum for OOC discussions has been floated before. Some discussions of RP matters (the above thread being a good example) don't really fit in either the NS or II forums. Is it possible to consider the creation of one again?

Most forums that are specifically for RPing have [Role-playing ettiquite enforced] in their description. While an RP Forum wouldn't be a bad idea, I don't think it's needed.

If a forum is designated for Role-Play, it says
[In-character; role-playing etiquette enforced]
Such as you can see under International Incidents.

That is one of the two suggestions. The other is to create an additional OOC RP forum.

Have a look at the poll in the thread I posted. It may not be necessary, but it would certainly be appreciated.
The other (less satisfactory) option would be to acknolwledge the current state of affairs in which the [in character] notation in the description of either NS and II is de facto ignored, and remove it from both.

While I'm thinking about it, this thread is getting away from the question of whether this is technically possible.
