What exactly do you mean?

If you mean representing your region in voting, I'm quite sure that you just have to vote, 'for' or 'against' as per normal.

As a UN delegate, I can tell you that when it comes to voting on resolutions on the floor it is just the same as it is for the regular members you just click on either "For" or "Against."

The only difference between regular member voting and delegate voting is the the Delegate gets one extra vote for every endorsement he/she has.

by "delegate votes" it means the delegates that have voted. You must simply press the "for" or :against" button and it will cast your vote and give you votes for the extra endorsemnets you have if your UN delegate automatically

As a former delegate, I can tell you that if you're talking about voting on a proposal already on the floor, just vote for or against. Instead of casting one vote, you would be casting (one vote+one vote for each of your endorsements).

If you are asking how to approve proposals not yet on the floor, go to "List proposals," and under each proposal there is a link that says "approve," "approve this proposal," or something like that. Click on it to approve the proposal. Note that if you just became a delegate today, the proposal approval ability might not start until the next major update (I had this problem when I first became a delegate).

Have fun with all the lobbying spam telegrams! :D
