My region has adopted a regional currency and the stronger economies have adapted this currency, much like Europe had adopted the "Euro". Unfortunately, even though we have the same currency, the exchange rates are operating seperately for each country. Would it be possible, in some way, since we have the same currency, to standardize the exchange rate for those nations operating on the unified currency, since they have chosen to work under that same currency voluntarily?

This isn't part of NS, but it calculated by the calculators. You'll want to talk to their developers about this.
