Trouble With Cyrillic Script

There is a slight bug in what is allowed to be posted.

Posting "Заставь дурака Богу молится, так он себе и лоб расшибёт." in the regional "Civil Headquarters" results in no problems.

However, posting "Пролетарии всех стран, соединяйтесь!"

To prevent format-breaking spam, you cannot post a message conta ining an extremely long word. Please insert a space or two into your long word and try again.

In addition any attempt to use Cyrillic script in the motto results in:

Your slogan is too long.

If you look at the source code of this very post, you'll see the following HTML interpretation. (I've changed & to @ to allow display)
Posting @quot;@#1047;@#1072;@#1089;@#1090;@#1072;@#1074;@#1100; @#1076;@#1091;@#1088;@#1072;@#1082;@#1072; @#1041;@#1086;@#1075;@#1091; @#1084;@#1086;@#1083;@#1080;@#1090;@#1089;@#1103;, @#1090;@#1072;@#1082; @#1086;@#1085; @#1089;@#1077;@#1073;@#1077; @#1080; @#1083;@#1086;@#1073; @#1088;@#1072;@#1089;@#1096;@#1080;@#1073;@#1105;@#1090;.@quot; in the regional @quot;Civil Headquarters@quot; results in no problems.<br />
<br />
However, posting @quot;@#1055;@#1088;@#1086;@#1083;@#1077;@#1090;@#1072;@#1088;@#1080;@#1080; @#1074;@#1089;@#1077;@#1093; @#1089;@#1090;@#1088;@#1072;@#1085;, @#1089;@#1086;@#1077;@#1076;@#1080;@#1085;@#1103;@#1081;@#1090;@#1077;@#1089;@#1100;!@quot;<br />

As you can see, each Cyrillic character viewed in HTML uses not one space, but seven. ( ?? = & #1041;& #1086; ) As such, it's almost impossible to display such text in the space limits we provide.

It's not a bug with NationStates, it's a feature of HTML.

I was not aware of the properties of electronic Cyrillic script. For the issue of the Civil Headquarters posts, what is the limit of characters that may be together without a break?
