On the same topic, when I try to connect to #NationStates Technical, it just takes me to #NationStates. How do I connect to #NationStates Technical. I used to be able to do it, but it seems to have gone away.

Are you remembering the underscore? The channel name is #nationstates_technical.

My new country (Finger licking Goodnes! You pick it, you eat it!) has the same issue with that compulsory democracy issue. I have tried everything I can think of, and it wont go away. And new issues dont come in.

for you i sugest moving out of your region and then back in, the no issues problem is commen it happens when the game forgets your there and dosnt update you also check to make sure you have your settings set to get issues (ie-x per day/weekday, and that your not in vacation mode)

More importantly, could a GM fix the problem by clearing the borked fields? I didn't want to screw up Hotel's nation, which is why I sent him here.

I think that clearing the fields will fix the problem and not bork anything worse than it already is.
