Hello,
I was just wondering how all the economic figues are calculated, for instance my spending on various areas and my population, how do i edit or build up these values :confused: because currently my nation is far different to what i want it to be, but there seems to be no way to change the stats.

I'm afraid you'll have to predict the effects answering issues in particular ways will have on your stats.

There's no other way of changing the figures.

Yes, experimentation with the effects of different issues is the only way to learn how to manipulate your nation. You can always make new nations and experiment with those if you already feel you've messed up your current one...

The calculations are usually self-explanatory, like if you've got an issue where people are asking you to fund their automobile company, obviously your spending is going to go up and your automobile sector will improve. If someone in the issue mentions something will take "lots of funding", that's another key that spending and taxes are going to go up. You just have to pay attention to what the issues say, and then what happens to your nation.
