Girl Love is listed as a police state, when I have done everything in my power to make it just the opposite.
In fact, in the description, it says that police struggle with funding, etc; (I want to keep them as poor and inoffensive as possible).
so,how can I change the listing so that it is not listed as a police state?

This is how the game works, I'm afraid; it automatically assigns you a description based upon your statistics in the Civil Rights, Economy and Political Freedoms categories. Those are set by how you answer the questionnaire at the start, and how you answer your issues.

Answer issues the right way and it will change; in fact, I've found "Libertarian Police State" quite hard to attain, in the past, so unless you're rather lucky it will probably change soon.

As for the "police struggle with funding" thing, that's an issue description; you answered a certain issue a certain way, and it gave you that text. It can't be changed, except by answering the issue a different way. Answer a few more issues and it will scroll out of the description, however.

Actually the police stuggling bit is based on nation-stats, just like the bit in the beginning dealing with your evironment (environmentally stunning, wasteland, etc). It's a general description of crime in your nation. In mine, it's "Crime is totally unknown."

So while issues will change that description, it's not solely because of a singular issue.
