is there a way to unban nations from a region, if there isn't could it be implemented into the game?
Also one thing with the telegrams is really annoying me, when i send a telegram to someone and i get a response from them, I sometimes forget what i was talking about so it would be nice to have an archive or a filing cabinet with previous notes and telegrams in.
The founder or the delegate who has regional controls can ban and unban nations.

Compose your telegram in notepad, save it to your computer, then cut and paste it into the telegram.

well, seeing as how you are the founder and delegate of your region... ;)
in the regional controls page you can at the moment probably only see one droplist, with all the nations in your region listed.
when you eject one, he gets on the banlist. you can now see the banlist under the first droplist. select a name here and click the unban button....and the nation is unbanned ;)

cheers, i just didn't want to eject a nation for no reason so i just wondered,
using notepad, it's a bit of a nuisance having to open up notepad and then find the note just to find out what you were talking about but i guess thats the only option available at the mome. thanks anyway
