"Getting Help" page?

I don't understand the "Getting Help" page...
In which category would one submit something about someone having an illegal flag, or illegal national animal?
When in doubt or when you have something that doesn't fit the other categories, send it under "Other: Response to Moderator". The mods have said a couple times that even if something is sent in under the wrong category, they'll take still take a look at it.
(This should also be moved to Moderation, I believe).

Don't worry about the categories, we don't generally pay attention to them anyway.
Could someone PLEASE TG me about changing one's title. i.e. Armed Republic, or Holy Empire. I have seen custom ones, or something, and I would like to know how to do this.

There is also a pull-down menu of titles that you can use in the interim (located in your nation's settings).
