This is just a guess. I'm not exactly sure that its right, so if anyone knows, please correct me, but I'm going on a hunch.

Endorsements Received: None.
The UN player has no endorsements, and hasn't had any since they joined the UN.

The UN player previously had an endorsement, however it was removed, leaving the player with no endorsements.

The nation has no endorsements. The endorsement array is empty.

The nation has endorsements, but they are not in the same region as their endorsers. When their nation is updated, endorsements from nations in different regions will be deleted and it will show 'None.' again.
