Pagination of Past UN Resolutions

I noticed that the system hasn't generated page 20 of the list of Past UN Resolutions yet. This page would start with resolution #96 entitled "UNWODC".

It may wait until there is a second resolution for that page to do this.
I think that there were a few days after the first news post of 2005 when there wasn't a 2005 Archive page.

It's been doing that with every new page since the repeals got added. It might have happened before, but that's when I started noticing it.

IIRC, the UN resolutions weren't paginated before the repeals were added. There was just one massive list.

I'm pretty sure the " pagination " ( That feels like one odd word, I tell you ... ) started after the repeals were programmed in, or one of those lots of UBER CODING that got put in now and again ...
Mind you, there are times in the past when the * odd resolution does not appear in place until at least 2 more fill in after it, causing me to do some rapid re-shuffles of my U.N. resolution forum sticky. Which is why I tend to leave a 3 resolution / repeal margin of delay in between updates now. Shifting links around and formatting is not good for you late at night when you've finally developed a sleeping pattern again ...
* being the one written by or one of those written by Mikitivity. I recall that was the one of note, But I also recall there being at least one other to pop out and surprise me. I'd blame those lazy UN Gnomes if I didn't know better, ;)
...
By the by, I'm sure the page itself exists on the servers, but just not the link, yet. I recall ... Hack ? Cog ? ( Probably Hack, I hound him more often :p ) linking me in IRC one night when I brought it to their attention, but my memory of it is a bit fuzzy. It'll fix itself soon, so don't worry.

The Good Samaritan Laws (#76) was the first resolution where I noticed the problem, and even when I'm quiet and not causing angst to the UN elites, I'm still keeping a watchful eye on the UN resolutions.
Around the time that the repeals were programmed into the game (Sep. 2004), the official resolution archive was updated as well. Prior to Sep. 2004 the game's archive was a single page. At the time this wasn't too big a deal since there were less than 75 resolutions, many of which were short.
But in making the option to repeal resolutions, part of that coding appears to have included a reformatting of the archive, making it easier to go through the old resolutions. Key to this was the introduction of a numbering system (we didn't number resolutions til the repeals came around).
Anyway, there need to be two resolutions on a page for the page to present itself, but if you trick the url code, you can actually jump to the text of a recently adopted "top of page" resolution.
I wouldn't bother fixing the issue, but I would recommend that the UN forum FAQ created by Euroslavia be updated to answer this question, as we are going to run into these questions every 5th resolution / repeal. :)
