howdy.

im new, so it might be a stupid question, but when a resolution is passed how does the game actually enforce it? (sry if this is already answered somewhere obvious)

I don't have a handy official resource apart from the FAQ and stickies, but NSwiki is a fine unofficial storehouse of NationStates info.

Start with United Nations (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/United_Nations), and click your way through Compliance Ministry (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Compliance_Ministry) and any other links that grab your eye.

thanks. theres a lot of stuff in that wiki. i followed the links and looked around a bit and i think i have a better understanding of how the game actually works. so i guess my question is, who decides what national stats get changed by a resolution, and by how much?

thanks for humoring my curiosity, btw. :)

Max and/or [violet] set it up (I don't recall which took the credit/blame), and it's a great big OMG SECRIT!1!. Guess you'll just have to keep wondering.
