NEWBIE ALERT!
Hi - I recently created a new nation state (about a week ago or so) and my first issue was surrounding the nature of democracy (1/ compulsory voting 2/non-compulsory voting or 3/dictatorship).
Since making my decision I have not had any new issues - and that same first issue says it's still pending.
The "Away on vacation" box is not checked and I've adjusted the settings to receive 2 new issues per day but still nothing!
Any ideas why this should be and what I can do to get going and be presented with new issues on a daily basis?
It's getting pretty frustrating! :headbang:
