Changing the iraqi flag

This might not be a huge priority but i dont think it would be too hard to do. The Iraqi flag thet NS uses is the one thet sadamn created (he added writing to it), would it not be the right thing to do to replace the flag used by the dictator and use the old flag that the people of Iraq want as there national flag?

This is actually a really interesting request. Especially if you consider that we could also change the flag to the one in use by the provisional authority.
Fascinating. Definitely something we should ponder. I'll be out of town for a while (Seville), so if you email me (salusa@nationstates.net) I'll take another look at this in about 2 weeks.

Iraq's new flag is pretty much the same as the old one, except that the writing stye of the "Allahu akbar" bit has been changed and it's been made wider.
