there should be a log of how people ruled on issues and they should be an optional option (much like the SCT) for them to give there reasoning behind there ruleing on the issue.

i just made a very tuff choice and would like to be able to publicly exsplain why (not just i say so although that is a good reason)

It's been suggested many times, Farklundia, but it would be a lot of work for the admins, and you can just as easily keep a log on your own.

Assuming this isn't locked in about three seconds, I'll dig up some other threads where this idea got refused.

As of right now, there are no plans to implement an issue history, but, as Tuesday Heights and Dread Lady Nathicana have said, don't let this stop you compiling your own if you wish to do so.
