I have some addresses on my scroll bar that I cant get rid of, Ive tried everything I know, which I admit is of course very little.
Could Admin or someone else more computerwise than myself, help me with this problem? Thankyou.

Have you deleted your history?
Ah no, I dont even know what that is, embarressing I know.
If deleting the history involves deleting every address on the scroll bar, then I cant do that, thanks for answering but, any more help in greater detail, all the steps on how to do this would be much appreciated.

"One of my kitchen appliances is making a growling noise!"
"Which one?"
"Oh bugger off if you're not going to be helpful"
Blakes 7, if you can't be bothered to tell us the basic facts about your problem, we surely can't be bothered to resolve your issues.

Assuming I know exactly what you're asking, and assuming that you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer, do the following:
Click "Tools" on the top bar.
On the menu that drops down, look to the bottom and click "Internet Options".
On the panel that opens, click "Clear History".
Watch the miracle of computers deleting their own files in motion.
Click "OK".
Check your address bar to see if all your addresses are gone.
Then tell everyone on the forum what you were trying to hide ;).
Mozilla Firefox isn't much different.
Click "Tools" on the top bar.
On the menu that drops down, look near the bottom and click "Options".
On the panel that opens up, there are a series of icons on the left side. Click the padlock labelled "Privacy".
A list should appear in the main panel. Select the "History" section and click "Clear".
Watch the miracle of computers deleting their own files in motion.
Click "OK".
Check your address bar to see if all your addresses are gone.
Then tell everyone on the forum what you were trying to hide ;).

There is another way, but it involves editing the registry (not for the fainted-hearted). Otherwise add the sites you want to the favourites so you don't lose them.

The only other alternative I can think of to the favourites idea is getting some good ol' fashioned paper and making a note of all the domains you want to remember, then visiting them all again after you wipe the addresses.
