How do i find out exactly how long i've been playing NS because i sure can't remember and i can't find it...maybe it could be put on your nations "home page" (or whatever you want to call it) in the future

Actually, I don't think that works if you're older than a certain date. Possibly the move to Jolt? I've never been deleted and I checked some of my older puppets too. They all have 0 set as the founding date. But the Forum Date works.

I thought it was the forum date that was screwed up. :confused:

Anyway, you can guess at the basic age of your nation based on the population. 500 Million is equal to about 3 months. But it's not always accurate. I hit 2 Billion earlier this week, but my anniversary isn't for a few weeks yet. And I think Tuesday Heights said that she hit 500 Million in about 2 months.

P.S. - My XML feed works.

I've got a rather large gap between puppets, but July 03 ones show no founding date. So... anyone remember something happening between July 03 and Feb 04? :)

Odd. I haven't ever been deleted, and i'm at 4.3 billion people. It also shows 0 days as my nation's age.

I'm fairly sure that's because your nation is so old, it was created before the game started logging birthdates.

If I recall right, some of or one of the economy calculators give you an age in days but I'm not too sure ...

Sunset's does. But I believe he's estimating based on your population. Forum date is more reliable in general.

And Myrth's right, birthdates weren't recorded until... summer of '03 or so.

well I agree with you I started Shiaze (She-oz) about late september 2004 and didn't reach 500 mil until about mid-december.

the most i remember is it was some time early 2003 i found this site and created my nation

What kind of date is that under last login? I know today is 1107711640, but under this dating sytem, when was 1?

Yeah, I get a Founded: 0 too.
Still, I already know my birthdate- 12th March 2003. Still have my Welcome to NationStates telegram, I think.
