Problem with Issues
The issues on MZXia aren't being updated. I have it set for 2 per weekday, and there are three issues on there and they are all legislation pending and have been that way for 2 days. I cannot progress like this, :(.

just move out of your region and then right back in and it will fix it self within 24 hours
what is usaly the case when this happens is that the game has "lost" sight of you and the move makes it see you again

Also make sure you haven't accidently set it to "Vacation Mode" that'll stop all issues until it's unchecked.

Your problem was this:
Two per weekday
Two per weekday means you won't get any on the weekend.
