Regional Control
As a UN Delegate in my region, I can access the Regional Control. The founder of our region no longer exists. I am wondering if I were to unselect the "Allow UN Delegate to access Regional Controls" what would happen?

When the founder dies, the Delegate automatically gets control.
For future reference, questions like this should probably go in Technical.

Even if you de-selected that box, you would get control back at the next update. Or sooner.
That feature is to keep some semblance of control in the region.

Yes. That box is only so founders can have absolute power if they want a dictatorship. No founder and it doesn't matter. It also doesn't matter if the founder is also the delegate.
