Changes in the GH Page?

I just sent in a report to the Getting Help Page and I couldn't help but notice that it's been changed around a bit. There's a new category for restoring a deleted nation and we now have the ability to attach a region's happening or Civil HQ without copy/pasting, which is really darn cool.

I was just wondering, when did the GH Page change, was it recently?

Yes, it's very recent. Enjoy.

Yea, that's a good question. So if you attach a happenings or an HQ, does that mean that even if it scrolls off from our view the mod can still see the attachment as we sent it in or is the attachment feature only a way to say, link it up?

Side question: Why don't you put this up in the News page or something?

It means there's no need to report regional messageboard/happenings spam in there unless it's someone going from region to region doing it. It can now just go in the Getting Help Page.

Because I'm usually very self-concious/humble about my changes and just sort of slip them in.

So does this mean it copies the happenings or whatever you check to the text and if the happenings is scrubbed it can still be delt with?

I.E., we can still post and not worry about posting too much?

I'm not sure that I understand your question.

I think that RTW is referring to when one of the mods said that no matter what category you submit the report in, it still hits the list in the same way.

So this copies the Regional HQ into text at the post to the mods?

Yes, they still all hit the same list in the same way. I'll be honest, the biggest reason for this addition is for the players who look, don't see a category for ressurection, and then don't know how to request one.

Yes, a complete snapshot of the region's message board and events (as selected) is saved to the list. Please use this sparingly as it floods the list. Also, due to a minor bug in the code (that will be fixed shortly) it doesn't save the region's name anywhere, so please include that.

In my region, 000, we always say 'Don't post untill they kill the spammer!" but now we can still post! Thank you soooooo much ^_^

Is there a way you can tell it to only paste post number X of the Civil Headquarters?

I think that there shouldn't be such an option, because the way it is now, the mods have to see the whole story, not just one player's selected part of it. If you want the mods to pay attention to one specific post, mention it in your text report.

I mean for spam. Not any of the other stuff, but for those stupid spammers.
