Could there be a little line that would tell us how long a nation has been dead when you search for a dead nation?
This would be useful because then we would know when the name would be released.
There must be a record because old nation names (dead for 18 months or longer) are being released.

It seems like that would be a little too complicated, especially if its just for use in seeing if you can take the dead nations' name.

how about some where on a region page that says how old the region is and how many time it has been founded?
