I am from the region of the free state i wish to know how to become a un delegate. Plz inform me and if you can make me the un delegate for this region.

first, you need more UN members at your region.
then you need they endorese you until you get the most endoresments in your region (I think you need at least 2 endoresments).
after you get that, you only had to wait, and in the next day you will be delegate.
