I am interested in moving to a region called Britain. However, the region is password-protected, and there is no Founder or UN Delegate to give it to me. How can I, or anyone for that matter, get in to Britain?

Either you can't, or perhaps a native was given the password from before the founder/delegate expired.
Telegram around the region, politly ina non-spammy way, asking if the residents know it.

Def'n: One person once.
Ask politely if their region is open, if you are allowed in, and if so, if you may have the password. This way, and only this way, is not spamming. (at least by my definition.) Then, do as you're told. If you get no reply, give up. If they tell you the password, join up. If the person directs you to another nation for you to ask the question again, do so and keep the first's directions. If they tell you to get lost, do so.
