This happens on both IE and Firefox. On my other computer, it doesn't happen. Why is all my info in that little box at the top?

I recommend taking your problem to the Technical forum and asking there. They may be able to help.

Yeah. If anybody knows what to do, it'll be there.

those are the issues. If you scroll over to the far right, you can move the bar up and down to view the entire page. I have no idea as to why it is compacted like that, but i recommend trying to reload the page.

I have had this problem for a long time, I know they are the issues, and I know the bar can move.

I have no idea why that is happening. Your browsers on that computer are handling the frames incorrectly. I would recommend clearing your caches and trying again.

Refreshing the site (f5 key) and clear your Temporary Internet files folder out.

No, that just restarts your computer, and re-loads the settings instead of wiping them.

hmm, then try to see if your internet application has a program to clean it out for you, i know that AOL does, but i just ignore it until AOL decides to restart to clean it out

In Safari, click on the refresh button (it looks like a circle with an arrow in it and it is right next to the URL bar) or go to Safari --> Empty Cache... and click OK to empty the cache.
