Where do I find uploads for creating my own flag?

Since I joined nation states I see some have the same flag as I do, could anyone advise me how I can make a unique flag of my own? :)

You can draw one but it has to be less than 10k.

Then after, go to Paint and make sure that you have dimensions small enough for a flag (check the Settings for the Max. dimensions)

For a really unique flag, go to your favorite drawing program and make your own flag. It has to be saved as a .JPG and should be between 107 wide and 71 pixels high. There is a size limitation of 10 kb. So look at that and 'tweak' as needbe, before trying to upload.
Don't try to be dileberatly offense when making your own flag, (no swastikas,, etc...) I.E. Don't get the staff torqued off at you for your flag design.
Once you HAVE your handydandy flag file.
Open up your nation, go to the settings page and it has a place for "custom flag" Then upload it. Log out, then log back in, and you should see your nifty new flag.
(looks at own flag and starts to mutter something.... opening a drawing program to tweak it..... )

It has to be saved as a .JPG
It can also be a GIF and I think also a PNG, But I don't know.
