my last issue was on whether I thought that we should outsource work to call centers, call centers mind you! and i said that we shouldn't outsource work to other countries.
My economy went from thriving to strong, undoubtedly on NS Economy it will lose a trillion dollars in it's GDP. A trillion dollars over not letting corporations outsource call centers! are you nuts! and besides, if outsourcing wasn't allowed it means more work and wealth is given to the consumer which flows back into the economy again, therefore still the economy remaining relatively strong.
This is a load of rubbish, such things have to be fixed.

Technically outsourcing allows these corporations to make more money. Why? In other countries there are less labor laws then what the US has, so you can pay people far less, and don't have to pay overtime. Also, there are not as many safety measures required for factories in other countries, which also helps to increase profit.
Yes, if you don't like it, don't play, or don't answer the issue. You always have the choice to not answer issues.
Inquisitive Idiots

This game is a parody, everything is "either or" menthality. NS isn't about making a nation which you can rule exactly like you want, which goes for RL countries also.
I've read that somewhere here.... But because I am only an Inquisitive Idiot, could someone tell where? :D

that's an arrogant attitudes for something that surely needs to be addressed. It makes more money outsourcing? for whom? the corporations and their bourgeois shareholders? if you payed all those people good wages, they have money to inject into your national economy, the money filters through all levels and everybody is richer, not the few.
thanks,

This isn't the game's statement on economic philosophy. The creator of the issue decided what the effects of his/her issue would be, and, well, you saw what happens.
Write your own issue if you want to change it.

As I recall there is three options in this issue, and it is not just"call centers" but rather jobs in general. Did you chose the first one or the last one? Because the first one will understandably lower the competiveness of your nation's companies' products, that is, make foreign products sell better.
This in term results in money flowing out from your nation (trade deficit), and some of your domestic companies would be forced to close down because they won't be doing very well. People would lose jobs, which means that more companies are suffering from the decline in consumer spending.
That means your economy suffers.
