Does NS have a permanent link to the NS econemy page? Because if it doesn't we need to make one.

You will find a link to that calculator, and several others in the Guide to NationStates stickie in International Incidents.

Well, as it is not officially endorsed and Max has specifically stated that NationStates will not officially endorse one of those calculators, I highly doubt that they will add a link.
