You can't, it's not calculated by the game itself. Various players have created GDP calculators of one sort or another, but it's important to note that a lot of people don't accept their results.

More seriously, ns itself does not contain one, but there are any number of budget generators about.
Search on the forum for one, shouldn't be a problem
