Two per Day?

Okay, I am not sure if this fits here, I read the list but I am not sure if this is a gltich or not.
I set up my settings for two issues per day, correct? ARe these spaced evenly apart, or together? Because, my friends say that they get two per day, but mine I just get one. There is a possibility that it is spaced over an period of time but I am not sure, I am trying to make sense of it. I am sorta confused.
could anyone help please?
I'm having this problem too.. I've set the game to gimme 2 issues a day but I get only one :confused:
What I have noticed is that they are about 10-12 hours apart.

Your two issues will come in two different times a day. They are random between regions within a specific period of time. You will get one on the major game update around 9AM - 11AM GMT. The second issue will come on the minor game update between around 9PM - 1AM GMT.

Sorry, missed this in my first post. If you think the game is only giving you one issue a day when you should be recieving two, check your settings. Make sure you have 'Two per day' selected if you want two everyday. If you don't want issues on the weekend, have 'Two per weekday' selected, and make sure you have hit the 'Update Settings' button. This question often pops up on a Monday. It is fairly easy to go for the 'Two per weekday' option when you want the 'Two per day' option. Depending where you are, the game may give you what it thinks is your first Monday issue, but to you may look like one Sunday issue, and what the game may think as its second Monday issue, to you may look as only one Monday issue.
If this doesn't account for this, and you definatly have 'Two per day' selected, and have hit the 'Update Settings' button, and are truely not getting two issues a day, try moving out of your region and then move right back into your region. You will not loose any endorsement you may have if you are a UN nation.
If it still isn't working, post again.

hm, it's 10 minutes before 1AM GMT and still no second update. however, yesterday it came, if I'm not mistaking, around 7:30PM GMT.
