Dear Mods and other interested people.

I'd like to know if you are allowed to give your UN country away to another person who at that moment doesn't own a country in the UN?

I hope to hear an answer of the mods soon on this one :)

That happens all the time. Just a few days ago the delegate of The North Pacific changed ownership. When handed over it is complete responsibility of the new owner. It is kinda tricky. If the new owner doesn't login on it, and you take a new nation in the UN, you will be seen as a multi.

I know that it happened in TNP, thats the reason i'm asking about it.

Technically you can. You simply run the risk of during up in a multi-scan. It is far preferable to remove the nation from the UN before giving it away.
