I'm the founder of my region and was trying to test out the "founder clearing spam" thing that I found when searching this forum for ways to delete posts. I also tried plain old "clear spam" and it didnt work. Suggestions?

For the founder to delete spam messages on the regional message board, he or she should post their own messages with the phrase [Clearing Spam] or something similar in it.

I'm not sure if that answers your question...cause it's kinda vague...but I hope it helps some at least.

It is better to type in Founder Clearing, just makes it more clear.

I tried Founder clearing spam and nothing got deleted...

ugh, type it in and hit enter and keep doing this till the spam is gone. Doing it once does not magically clear the board.

There is no way to delete Civil HQ posts, founder clearing spam only bumps off the spam posts.

The author has yet to confirm his understanding of the answer. Why make him make a new thread if he can't get an answer he understands in the first thread?

It has been elaborated upon. The act of typing and entering founder clearing will not get rid of spam. Basically, you type and enter founder clearing enough times to push the spam off the bored.

I'm not going to get into an argument about this and I'm not sure why you would want to either. The fact remains that until Sumiut says "ok thanks guys that worked" he may still need help, and until then, there is no point in locking this thread.

little clarifacation a game mod can deat single posts at any point on an rmb, though i have only seen this done in cases involving flamebait or flames in places likly to draw a responce
