I'm not sure if this is the Help forum . . . I don't think it is . . . but I have looked everywhere for it, and have only been disappointed in my searches.

I was wondering if someone could please tell me how it is possible for a region founder to clear messages on the Civil Headquarters board?

By posting something akin to "Found clearing spam" enough times to remove it. Be sure that it's done with the Founder nation, not a puppet.

i thought that was just to remove spam, not normal messages?

although then you could go on about what could be considered spam in playercreated regions....

The founder owns his region - he can do pretty much anything. (Within reason)
