How do you endorse a member of your region?
i have no idea and i want to make a friend a un delegate for our region. so how do i endorse him?

Well, first of all - you both have to be members of the United Nations :-)
Then find your friends Nation on the main site - near the bottom, just above the space for sending a TG, there is a little green line of text that says 'Endorse'
;-)
Go to his/her homepage. If he/she is in your region (your friend MUST be in your region) then at the bottom of the page there should be a link saying 'endorse'

Also, to be a UN delegate you have to have the most endorsements in that region. Actually the line says Add your Endorsement.

umm at this time your not in the un so you cant endorse him
