That would be the forums' very annoying adserver leaving stuff on your computer. We can't really do anything about that.

Yeah, that's jolt keeping track of what ads they've shown you in the forums. And coming from someone who is mildly paranoid about their privacy . . . it really isn't anything much to worry about. Clean it (I block them altogether), leave it alone, whatever. These ones are really pretty harmless.

right click on an image ad and choose "block images from whatever.com"

ahh but jolt is a british website...so I imagine once it passes here in the UK we will be happy :)
