Im sorry to say this but I'm pretty sure you can't. You just adress them and then your answer appears on your homepage.

Unless you copy the issue and choices into Notepad or other word processing program, you cannot view your past issue selections.

Well, you can see the last four decisions in the third paragraph on your nation's description, but after that, you need to follow Tuesday Heights's advice.
