Flag Won't Update

Hey, I'm trying to change my flag but everytime I go to the custom flag page, no matter what picture I use it always reverts back to the original custom flag. I've tried clearing the cache but it doesn't seem to be working. Any suggestions?

First, upload the flag you want there. Then, refresh the page. If that doesn't work, clear the cache again, repeat refreshing the page. If that still doesn't work, post again to let us know. Normally, it's one of those two things that are the problem.
This happened to me too. Im pretty sure that once you update your flag (As long as you make sure you follow the rules) then it will look updated for everyone else, so don't worry if it still looks the same for you. Get a friend online to surf over to your nation's page to check if the flag is updated.
1. Refresh the page (F5)
2. Try updating the flag again
3. Clear the cache
4. Restart your computer (If your flag has been updated then this will definately sort the problem)

The host name is: cache-xxx-xxxx.proxy.aol.com.
There's your problem. AOL is evil and uses caching proxies in its drive to ruin all things Internet.
Your flag won't change until their proxy server empties its cache.
